| - I had a small group (3 of us) that stayed here for a weekend in nearby Vegas. We checked in at 22:00 (10:00pm) on Friday night. Check-in was silky smooth, with no headaches. We had a 4th floor suite that had an INCREDIBLE view of the Las Vegas strip. Once settled in, the desk clerk was able to refer us to a really good local Mexican restaurant for supper and drinks. As an early morning riser, I found that "Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf" and "Starbucks" stores were well within walking distance of the facility. Breakfast was provided, and was standard "continental" faire. Major banks are nearby, should you need to top up your wallet before heading to Vegas, while gas stations are nearby to grab some fuel. While we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked quite well maintained and inviting. My only complaint is that the shower head in our room was about 8 feet above the floor of the tub, and it required adjustment before my wife could use it (she couldn't comfortably reach it). Parking seemed ample, and Vegas access was fast (we were parked and locked at the MGM Grand in less than 30 minutes). For those looking for a comfy place to stay, without the headaches associated with staying directly in Vegas, this hotel is well worth consideration.
