  • I called around to a few places to find out how much it would cost to replace a garbage disposal and they said that they couldn't give a price over the phone and would have to send a tech out to give a estimate. so we had one place come and they were trying to charge us over $300. i called a better plumbing and they gave a price over the phone. so i scheduled them to come. when they did come they said that there was only a jam and that the garbage dis. wasn't even broken. (nice to know since the other place tried to say we had a crack and it would have to be replaced) they only charged for a hour of labor and the tech(jerry) was even nice enough to call and ask his manager to see if he could discount it since the problem did not take long to fix. he even ask if we needed anything else looked at since we paid for a hour of labor. if we ever need any work done again we will definitely use A BETTER PLUMBING and will be recommending them to everyone who needs a plumber. Thank you ABPC for being honest and fair.
