  • Brand new management made a huge difference!!!! Had a really wonderful experience this weekend at Kaplan's in North Olmsted. My husband and I stopped in to begin our search for a sofa. We found one we loved right away and Steve, new General Manager (no-nonsense, no b.s.), was incredibly helpful as was our salesperson Kim. Steve talked to us about their commitment to our satisfaction with the furniture and their guarantee for quality. We got an amazing deal on a beautiful sectional and can't wait to have it delivered. We appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and the great deal. Highly recommend giving Kaplan's a look for your furniture needs. We will definitely return for future purchases.
