FOOD COURT REVIEW ONLY
- Within one of the outdoor malls locations of Heartland, plenty of parking available
- plenty of seating available if you're dining in
- decor is pretty simple and plain, like a regular food court (nothing too fancy)
- staff and service was nice, as I'm not too familiar with Filipino food, they do help with explaining what the items are
- there's 2-3 restaurants to choose from, each serving slightly different kinds of Filipino food
- Ended up choosing Filipino Style BBQ - just the meal (no combo)
- It was pork belly, served simply with white rice
- The meat itself was okay, not as fatty as I thought - but also didn't feel as juicy
- Portion is pretty big, especially the rice
- But ordering just the meal without the combo seemed a little plain and dry
- Also added a ube shake, which was very ube - fresh and refreshing to taste, very enjoyable
This meal + drink cost around $12 - similar prices you see at other supermarket food courts. Would like to try their other chicken/pork skewers to fully taste what they offer
