| - Tease Salon gets a 5 star review due to ERICA, the salon's manager. ERICA was professional, polite, understanding, and went above & beyond to help me correct the nightmare Tease's incompetent stylist JESSICA DENELS (JESSICA DENELS is a lessee and not an employee of Tease) created!
JESSICA DENELS ruined my new 22" extensions by cutting them too short. I saw her on a Saturday, I asked her to texturize and take 1" off the ends, blending the extensions with my hair. I left with my extensions still not texturized or blended and the same length as my natural hair (my hair is just below my shoulders). I contacted her on Tuesday (she doesn't work on Sunday or Monday) about my concern and she told me that she would correct it by adding extra hair she had laying around and could color it to match mine. After 2 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment and her "not getting my messages" or "being reallllly sick" she tells me she has to charge me because it is not coming out of her pocket.
At that point I contacted ERICA, I showed her all the messages with the times and dates, and asked if she could encourage JESSICA to do the right thing.
ERICA immediately addressed the situation with her, JESSICA DENELS still refused to take any responsibility for her actions. ERICA contacted CANYON FALLS (where the hair was originally purchased) and arranged new replacement hair for me at wholesale cost. This ordeal has cost me over an additional $600, not including my time, to correct.
Neither TEASE or CANYON FALLS were in any way liable, yet both were professional, courteous, and empathetic. TEASE is very fortunate to have an employee like ERICA who takes genuine concern with their clients. Too bad they don't teach proper business etiquette in cosmetology school... Or perhaps JESSICA was out sick that day.
