My wife and I came here on a recent trip to Las Vegas along with a friend. We had appetizers of bone marrow, foie gras parfait and beet salad. Our friend really wanted the foie gras, but had glutten issues so could not have the bread. The waiter had suggested the thin potato fries they make for another dish, but he wasn't sure how it would taste. We ordered it with the chips on the side. It was actually really delicious with the chips. The beet salad was extremely good, but the bone marrow was not as flavorful as it could have been. It was the only disappointment in an otherwise exceptional dinner. For entrees we had Loup de Mer (sea bass), the salmon and the Parisian Gnocchi. All three preparations was absolutely wonderful. We had to try the Giant Chocolate Macaron, and it was as wonderful as it looked. The service was great, and no one was rushed to finish. Our waiter was really helpful with letting our friend know which dishes not to choose because of the gluten issue. A very delightful evening.
