  • ON TIME!! The guys were competent, friendly, professional. The toilet mounting job was completed in about 20 minutes. I noted they used repair techniques to ensure the closet bolts stay in place, reducing the chance of a revisit. Professional clean-up. This was home warranty work, but the guys went about it as if I were the direct customer. Why all the negative reviews. Really unfortunate. Maybe the trolls should reread their warranty contract--I have found most problems are with the warranty companies.
