AVOID AVOID AVOID - would give 0 stars if possible. I made a claim for my lost iPhone on August 16th 2016 and they said they would send out a loaner phone in a few days, it came 2 weeks later, during which time I had no phone at all. After a month I still have no replacement phone and am using a very poor quality iPhone 5 loaner phone. After 2 months I am hearing less and less saying they will send it very soon. Over the next few weeks/months I am trying to contact them 2-3 times a week. Eventually I get a phone message from the owner who "apologizes" and says he will personally send the phone the next day. I Googled this guy (I am not allowed share his name apparently) you will see there is many records and complaints of online fraud against him. I tried to pursue this through the Attorney Generals Office in New York, they had some contact with them, Esurranty apparently attempted to send a phone in December but it got returned, I never saw any attempt or evidence of a delivery. The conclusion by the ifraud department was that they couldn't find a settlement and that Esurranty where going to cancel my policy, in the words of the owner, "Our reason for cancellation is due to Mr. X's non-compliance and essentially refusing delivery of his replacement device". They said they were going to refund me within 24 hours, that was a month ago and I have no contact. I spent roughly $69 for the cover, $285 for the claim, and $115 for the loaner phone. I eventually bought a new phone and am still paying $30 a month for the one I lost. It's not the waste of money that bothers me but the stress of the whole situation and dealing with it over a period of 5 months. Don't consider this and just purchase directly through your carrier. I tried to be thrifty and learned my lesson the hard way.
