  • This is the first time I have lived in an apartment, and I really like it here. I've been here for 3 months, and the only issue I had was the rent posting online. Everyone in the front is nice, but I don't really go up there for much. Anytime we had a Maintenon issue, it was resolved within 2-3 hours. The guys on property are nice. The gym is always empty, and clean. The dog park is great. My favorite park is the parking. There is always a ton of parking by my apartment. Coming from California, parking is a deal breaker. One thing is there a few old cars that just sit in parking spaces, until they move them to another spot.
