Woogy does not inform customers that he does not use Authentic parts.
I'll give you 1 more opportunity to make this right. My next step will be to take you to small claims court. You are a shady business person and you talk down to women. You don't inform customers that you repair w/ non-original parts and you change the customers phone color to whatever color you just happen to have at the moment.
Also, when I took this phone into Sprint they informed me that all you did was replace the glass portion not the digital part in back of the glass, which as I quote "it's like taking someones head off and replaing it w/ another head" as you stated. But yet it's not what you did.
After, I paid you $324.00. I had to spend another $216.00 at Sprint to fix your original "FIX" that you did.
All I asked was for you to correct what you did wrong. I even said for you to just pay $200.00.
I was a very resonable person until I had the pleasure of dealing w/ this establishment.
