When you need to try one headphones, or take a look at the new tvs, or ask some questions on what kind of printer to buy, you go to Futureshop to ask all your questions.
The only problem though was this location had a lack of people to answer questions. I was standing around for quite a while before someone found me. But when they did, the guy was super friendly and nice. He explained the difference in products I was looking for, showed me different things to look out for and was frank when something was just not right. He was by far the best part of coming in here.
The only problem was the product I was looking for was out of stock, they only had one option to choose/compare against and what I found weird was the product I wanted had to do with my experience with the tv (which is downstairs) but the product was upstairs. It had to do with the manufacturer's guidelines on where their products must be, Fair enough.
I left empty handed and not really getting the information I was looking for, which was being able to try what I was looking for since they only had one option and it was out of stock.
