  • We had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did request a feather free room at booking, for allergy purposes, which they did not do but they sent someone promptly to change the entire bed. Instead of having to call down to the desk every time you need something, you can now just text them! Very convenient! The in-room dining was quick and delicious. Everything was very neat and clean and in working order. We would definitely stay there again.
