  • We rented a house from them, the house was dirty when we moved in, there was always something broken, then we had a mold problem. When we moved in, they changed the lease without telling us. **my dad signed the lease since we were out of town, we went in to sign when we got to town 3 days later, and the lease was changed** the 4 disabled people, 3 people on oxygen machines, plus small children. They came in and told us there was nothing wrong. We had to move. Left the house in better condition than we got it in, even had a pro carpet company come in...they didn't wait a week before it was back on the market WITH A MOLD COMPANY VAN PARKED IN FRONT. Didn't get a dime back for deposit from "cleaning..." We had people watching the house, they never brought in a carpet cleaner, cleaning company,... nothing. WORST RENTAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Being ex-military, we have alot of experience.
