  • Came in with a large party of about fifteen. We sat near the server pos station, inn the far corner. Mind the fact one person in our party has mobility issues that require a scooter, which we were asked to keep at the front. Our server was great, knew the menu substantially well! Made plenty recommendations and alternatives. I ordered the one chicken entree on the menu at if Sunday October 15th. Food arrived seeming fast, Keep in mind we're a party of fifteen, give or take. I immediately thought it was odd to see food on trays. The restaurant is somewhat well lit for dinner but apparently not lit enough. I dove into the generous helpings of sides dishes. That accompanies my chicken enters. The chicken was pink and raw towards the middle. Unfortunate for a restaurant with such high standards. I wouldn't have been upset to see a needle hole from a thermometer to ensure my food is up to par. Worst part is I hadnt seen the pink in the center of the breast until at home. Truest upsetting, I though I was having health issues the next day until I opened my to box. Unacceptable in any setting.
