  • In the past, it took 2 hours for this company to send a cab to my address, so I called 2 hours ahead this time. The employee who answered the phone said that I could only call 30 minutes ahead of my requested pickup time. I let the employee know that I am pretty far out and I thought they might like the extra time to plan. The employee hung up on me. You have a good night too, I guess?
