| - This is the WORST experience I've ever had renting a apartment! My Wife & I moved in 7/31/15 and I've had more problems than the law should allow. First off, we've had many different managers come and go, then we've had to deal with not having a working Oven for 10Months of the 14months we've been here, Water not staying hot long enough, ohh not to mention that we have a Refrigerator with Mold and old duty water that sits at the bottom of the Refrigerator (no matter how many times I clean it) along with RUST. the AC was stuck between 74° & 76° til I wrote another report against this people for the neglectfulness to their part of the contract. We've also been dealing with Roaches & Crickets and can't get them to get rid of them (also STATED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT. Now here it is present day and the Owner of the CONDEMNED/HAZARDOUS/NON-LIVABLE Properties he Owns we're being forced out by law to moveout by 11/5/16 and their also saying we owe them $2,500 which is completely outrageous. The once up a time Manager was just replaced 3weeks ago. I really don't know the details but he was really trying his best to help in my situation but the "Owner Jag" was on a cut throat war against the fact that I sent a report to the BBB about how his business is conducting it's self. I told the property Manager James 3months in advance that I'd soon be having financial problems but soon will doing better and he was ok with that. He said he'd how work it out with us but because NO WORK AT ALL WAS Being done in my unit I started a Petition for the rights of having a maintenance crew to fix on the needs of the tenants of this Apartment Complex. After which I had no idea on who's attention i could bring it to. My self and others have tried calling the Health Department and other State agencies that you would think help in these types of situations, and everyone we've called said the same thing "I'M SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU". So if you have these kind of problems in the State of ARIZONA, WHO CAN YOU CALL TO HELP MAKE SURE THAT THE LANDLORD UPHOLDS HIS/HER PART OF THE CONTRACT???? If we don't pay rent for them not repairing ECT.., We (all Tenant's) receive a EVICTION NOTICE. But If they don't make repairs ect.. then we can break the contract and move??!?! What if the Tenant's don't have enough funds to break the contract and move?? Then what? If you ever need to rent an Apartment REMEMBER Do Not give your time and money to the following places: Biltmore Pointe, The Apex Off 7th, The Apex on Central, The Retro on 32nd, Oberon Place Apartments, Emerald Shores, The Cove on 44th, Alvernon Manor, Waterfront Apartments, The Resort on 35th, The Resort on 27th, The View at North Mountain, The Franciscan, The Edge on Seventeen, The Park on 57th Ave. My Mother and Grandparents lived in one of the above and they also we're forced out. The OWNER nor his Management Team don't give a crap about you he just see them $$$$. Even if it came down to you living on the streets, that would do you better til you can get & do better than to sign ANY contract with them. They'll take your money and put you out. My Neighbor has it a lot more worst the We do. I can't go into details but I will say that this APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE CONDEMNED & DEEMED INHABITABLE BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA. The pictures they have all up in the internet are fraudulent aka fake, The Property is run down old and dirty, The "Model" they show is exactly what it is, just a fixed up make up picture to show off to new suckers. Jag is the worst possible Owner to rent anything to anyone. I will NEVER do any kind of Business with them EVER AGAIN. (PREVIOUS TENANT AT "THE DUMP ON 35TH AVE & THE DUMP PARK ON 57TH AVE)
