I recently bought a car and Paul and Joey were great in sales. Fair deal no issues and good experience. The 3 stars is for their finance department and it is a joke. If you buy here great see Paul and Joey but bring your own financing. I almost walked out on buying the car because of finance. First was the hard sell on warranties. Didn't want them. Stephen seemed outwardly annoyed. Then suddenly after declining the warranty my interest rate was going to go up...? I see they do this to other people in the reviews Why now after I declined a warranty does my rate change? Then he was bothered I didn't want to buy gap insurance from them when I already had through my auto insurance and cheaper. Also, I didn't want a blanket credit inquiry so there wouldnt be too many hard inquiries that would lower my score. Stephen did a blanket inquires anyway without my permission. My credit security alarms started going off on my phone. I asked him straight there in the office with my husband if he was running multiple inquiries and he told me no. That was a HUGE LIE. If I knew that I would have said no to multiple inquiries and bought a cheaper car for cash. I found out after the sale he did this and now my credit is blown for the next 24 months. Legally he cant run inquiries unless I guve oermussion and he knew I didnt want 5-6 on ny credit. I tried contacting Stephan but couldnt reach him or the finance manager Jay. Talked with Eric Luke who said sorry but thats it. He said he'd talk to his finance group. I mentioned that doesn't fix my credit they messed up for 24 months and all he said was "no it doesn't". Great sales team horrible unethical finance department. I didn't feel Eric Luke cared very much. He said there was nothing he can do but indeed there is by removing the inquires I didn't approve. Its only a form.
