Major issue with child safety and service. They provided us with two high chairs with broken safety belts. Upon request for replacement, they said that all their chairs have the same problem! Very strange that at some point when they were probably left with a couple good chairs, no one in the management every thought of replacing or fixing the broken chairs. Made the experience so bad since the kids wouldn't stay in the chair and could possible hurt themselves. We left without eating and had to take to-go. No courtesy shown by the manager at the store, except for a couple apologies. Paid a premium on the food to eat at the restaurant with expectations of good CS and ended up eating it at home. Could have just gotten food from a drive through instead.
Only plus was that the food had decent flavor, but have eaten better for the price. Bad management decisions make for bad customer experiences. Hope the restaurant owner understands this. Not going there with kids again for sure. Back to PF Changs!
