  • DO NOT go here for grooming. I took my cat here recently and when I got her back, her paws were BLEEDING. I called and they said it's normal but now that her wounds have healed I can see that they clipped her toe beans instead of her nails which caused the excessive bleeding. I can't even cut her nails myself anymore because it hurts her whenever I get close to her paw. Also, the grooming room is in the basement of the store and they don't allow you to accompany your pet so you can imagine what kind of environment it is like down there. I would pay the extra bucks and go somewhere that is more transparent and professional.
