  • Everything has ALWAYS been great here. Unfortunately when we came tonight, we were blatantly accused of pouring liquor into Sprite glasses- even though we had two bottles of wine. I placed my WATER between my legs because it was so dang hot (in AZ!) and within moments the manager was here asking if I had pour something in the drink. Um, no? Furthermore, from that point on, our server completely neglected us. The manager came over to apologize, but after coming here weekly for over a year and spending hundreds, if not thousands here, it was a. Incredibly rude and accusatory way to PRESUME something so erroneously. Also, even when offered to try or smell the liquid, they refused, still adamant we were being devious. The manager then proceeded to tell us multiple servers say witnessed this, yet, no one has EVER mentioned it? Except this little manager for the first time? And not even ask, but to accuse? Dude, it was water. If you have such problems with us, why allow us to come back? Why serve us every time and serve us WINE, yet you come at us in an accusatory manner? Completely RUDE, unprofessional, disrespectful, and inflammatory. We even sent the drink back and asked him to taste/smell it, but no, they wouldn't. And yet they still hold the accusatory tone. Search our purses and our persons! We have nothing to hide. That was an extremely terrible way to leave an establishment after being a loyal customer for nearly two years. Our bill is consistently $100+ and yet they still come at us with disrespectful accusations and false assumptions. We won't be coming back. -Update* I received a call from the regional manager, Brad, in relation to my above experience at Postino's. Initially, I was hopeful that someone of management took notice and concern of the incident. Brad apologized for my experience and stated he would investigate the complaint and get back with me. I received a follow-up call today from him and he communicated that at this time, they were going to leave everything "as-is" and supports the management actions last Friday. Pathetic. Negative word of mouth carries a lot of weight, and please know that no one from my group will be praising Postino's. Furthermore, this post alone as already prompted numerous users to message me and inquire about this incident. Please know that while this business may not care how it treats loyal customers of two years, potential patrons will be steered away. So as Brad put it, yes, we will "leave as is," and not be returning to this establishment.
