  • Had to return for an adjustment, was met with attitude by the stylist who messed up in the first place - she asked me what she did wrong and I responded with 'well, are YOU happy with this?' as I pointed at the mess on my head only two days after a fresh cut. After being assured Petra is one of two in the salon who are wonderful with curly hair, she did not layer it throughout properly, she did not texturize it at all, the length was shorter on one side, and she DRIED it frizzy instead of diffusing it. Very disappointed - she is under their MASTER stylists. Perhaps they should re-evaluate what the term means. I expected an exceptional cut and style given a MASTER is only one step below the Director.
