| - Exhale is a decent shop with a good selection of oddball parts. This makes it very handy when you need something on short notice. Brackets, hardware, cable, etc.; they have a lot of special parts in stock that most shops don't, which is a huge help.
Customer service is pretty good. Prices are reasonably competitive for retail. I'm not a fan of bike shops in general - I look to the internet for big purchases and more attractive price incentives.
I do 99% of my own building and maintenance, but the jobs I can't do (i.e. require very expensive, specialized tools), I've tried to have done here. I don't doubt they would do a good job, but they always seem overbooked, and turn around time quotes have always been laughably long. I'll pass...
Looks like they have a lot of good rental bikes (Specialized and Santa Cruz), so if you need one, I'd stop in here first.
