  • I've been a massage envy member for over 1 years. This review is not a reflection of the therapists I've had over the past year, but of Massage Envy business practices. I would never recommend this company after the experience I've had in trying to schedule a friend from out of town for a massage using my "paid for credits". This location was rude and extremely unhelpful. My location at Marks street in Henderson zero problem. Unfortunately this inconsistency and rudeness is across the board with the Massage Envy chain. I recommend finding a local non company therapist
