rev:text	All the night time manager cares about is that he makes it home in time . Roberto wouldnt let me grab my tv out of my car . This was one minute past their closing time .i had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes . No one told me that i couldnt go out to my car to grab my item . I was not loking to pawn either just upgrade an item i have already purchased from super pawn! This gentleman was not proffessional at all and very unpleasent to deal with . Everytime i am here i wait in line for 30 minutes minumum . Slowest pawn shop on earth with the worst customer service . Roberto is bad represantion of the super pawn customer service .
