  • Haven't had the urge to go back in 3 months. Just got back from Turks and Caicos, where everything is overpriced. It forces you to adapt and be creative. One of the dishes I made there for lunch was Ramen. I added leftover grilled pork chops and also fried up a couple of eggs. Cheap as cheap gets. The $14 dollar umami Ramen wasn't that much better. It's still hip, but I probably won't ever return.
