I did my first float on Sunday and I am definitely going back. The spa is clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. The man at the counter addressed me as soon as I walked in and asked me how my day was going, which is not always the case especially with businesses overwhelmed by Groupon clients. The facility has toiletries and a place to clean up after the float, which is a nice touch that makes it easier for clients. The float itself is great, but I think it will get better as I continue to come back. I struggled with relaxing and not getting water in my face or mouth (ew!) for a long time. I think this is great for someone who needs help with pain management or relaxation, but the intimacy of massage is too much. I think that the spa is too busy for just one person to manage. He was juggling too many clients at once, which definitely changes the whole vibe of the place. Also, I think towels should be complimentary. This is an expensive service and those small details make it a little easier to justify. I will be back!
