  • Horrible... Horrible service. I went in with the best attitude.. Happy excited to change my name. Came with all the proper documents. I was second in line. A man at the desk was having problems and walked away. It was then my turn. Rashida at the desk so rudely told me she wouldn't help me because it was 4:33. I asked why not and she said it was after 4:30 and they don't take any more people. I let her know nicely I was waiting in line behind the man with problems. She pointed to her computer at the time and said nope. I will not issue another ticket. It's after 4:30. She was ruuuuude. She could have nicely said it or said it like " come 20 mins before 4:30 because you don't know what problems are ahead of you" something to that effect. I just cannot believe these people get away with that kind of tone and attitude. I'm not like that in my job and I'd never get away with it I don't understand why the DMV can. I let her know on the way out that I finally understood their bad reputation. Horrible horrible attitudes.
