Great customer service! When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was friendly and understanding. Upon my visit, I was provided with an iPad to enter my new patient info.
Everyone took their time with me. In my nearly 2 hour visit I was able to get x-rays done, a check up, problem area identified, and a cleaning done. I appreciated that the dentist gave me options and never pressured me or made me feel like I have the worst teeth ever, as has been the case with other dentists.
They are a great team here. It seems like they are very close and work well with each other. They have tv screens playing a slideshow of the team and all the trips and events that they have attended outside of work, which made me feel at ease. They have a strong sense of community and everyone seems to know each other.
The only thing I would change would be the communication between the back and the front desk. Some things were not communicated, but when I pointed them out, things were resolved quickly and with a great attitude.
