  • We use Parker and Sons for our home and business, but will be changing soon. It seems that every time they come for "routine maintenance", some horrendous thing needs to be fixed. We have new units and old units and the story is always the same. Oil will spill everywhere, the whole thing will break down, the fans will burn out - once one guy even told us our units were going to catch fire. I became skeptical and had another person check our units and big surprise, they needed nothing.
