  • The first time I went to Tram's was in June of 2015. I ordered fresh spring rolls and vermicelli and waited for 45 mins while other people (who came in after me) ordered and received their food before me. I almost walked out, but waited a few more minutes only to receive my order and chow down on the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. Tram's is no joke. The fresh springs rolls come in orders of 2 with a ginger sauce and you can get tofu or shrimp, both are excellent. They're my favorite spring rolls in Pittsburgh, and after trying one you may agree too. The vermicelli (with pork) is my go-to entree. Noodles with been sprouts and coconut milk below a good portion of pork. Absolutely delicious. On top of it all, the owners and operators are very personable and easy to talk to. Sometimes they'll crack a joke or tell you an interesting story, either way Tram's will leave you smiling!
