  • I have had way to many instances of being treated like absolute crap here that it is 100% not worth it to recommend anyone to this place. The front office staff is HORRIBLE! The older lady is the absolute worst and never has a friendly smile or helpful quality about her. I rarely see Dr. Barry if ever, and when I do book an appointment with her, even though the office is empty I somehow always wait an hour plus to be seen, it's obscene. Well Women's visits should be free but they have always charged me a copay saying "I might ask other questions, so I'm being charged." BS! They care more about their bottom line then the patients. One visit the nurse practitioner had to google what I had to see what she could prescribe me, WHAT!?!? No one is memorable or kind, no one has actually ever been helpful. I went once to get help with possibly breastfeeding an adopted child, some guidance, and all the nurse said was "I'm not going to help you with that you'll have to find someone else," AND THEY STILL CHaRGED ME A COPAY! This last visit I HAD to book so that they could prescribe me more of the anti anxiety medicine they prescribed me to begin with so I could ween myself off. I was told on the phone the day before they could see me at 11:30, I show up at 11:30 and I get, "we missed you, your appointment was at 11, we can maybe see you at 1:20 now." It was the last straw for me so I asked for all of my medical information as I don't want them to have my files anymore, and only if I gave them $40 would they give me MY medical information. They are a complete joke and the office manager could give two shits about it. Save yourself the headache, find a place that is kinder, nicer, more helpful and just not these people. They don't deserve your time or money. They just aren't worth it.
