I had a full day at the convention center so I was hungry and this place is convenient. My feet didn't feel like walking far for food and being a chain you know the experience should be predictably good.
The server handed me a card with some additional items on it. The potato pierogi with short ribs, mushrooms and onions immediately caught my eye. But, alas, the server informed me they were out. They make them from scratch and once they're out, they're out. So I ordered a gnocchi dish. But they were out of that too.
I finally settled on the Sicilian pasta which the server assured me was available. It had chunks of Italian sausage. I could tell the sausage was made from scratch because I kept getting fennel seeds stuck in my teeth. OK, Grand Lux, with the Sicilian pasta you made up for teasing this Polish lad with pierogi.
