I had received a way spa gift card and looked up the available spas in my area and this one was the first one on the list so o decided to try them out. Scheduling the appointment was pleasant and quick. Was able to answer all my questions. Now comes time for the service. When arrived the front staff was on the phone so I didn't expect her to drop because of me but then she did. Asked me to have a seat and I'll be attended to shortly. Soon another associate came and asked for my gift card. Then turns out she was the one who would be performing the services today. Honestly, she didn't make me feel welcomed at all. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and that she had better things to do. Not friendly at all. Didn't talk or try to make conversation. I feel if you work at a spa you should have some qualities to make a client feel welcomed at a spa. Especially a high end one. Nice place but need to work on customer service. Maybe come back.
