  • This review is strictly related to the exchange policy... After receiving a pair flannel lined jeans as a gift I went to exchange for a different pair as they were much too large. The price marked on the pants was $49.99 however without a receipt they said they would have to give me whatever the lower price in the system was, I agreed to this only to find that the price they gave me was $3... this seemed ridiculous so I called my mother (who originally purchased the gift) to see if she had the receipt. She told me me she did not have it but did in fact pay $50 for them a couple months earlier. I then proceeded to look through the store only to find the similar pants still at $50. I understand not having a receipt and the price dropping maybe by 50% at most but offering $3 to take them back in store credit is pretty much an insult. Needless to say I will never buy anything as a gift for anyone from cabela's.
