Stayed in room 503.
Where to start?
1. The location is close to the arenas.
2. the lobby has been remodeled
3. the parking garage is not easy to find (you must drive down an alley, and press a button to open the parking garage door. The parking garage is not easy to navigate if you have a mid-sized car (or larger)
4. the hallways are very wide (surprising as this is a downtown hotel)
5. my room was open concept-ish, which I was not expecting in any hotel
6. I stayed on a Sunday night. I found an old carryout with food in the microwave - EWWWW. Needless to say, I then began to doubt the overall cleanliness of my room. I did contact the front desk, apologies offered.
With many choices for hotels available, I will not be choosing this property again.
