  • So this review is a long time in coming... Long story short I got an amazing job and had to sell my house ASAP so that I could move to start that new job. I had about a 4-5 weeks before I had to be there in other words... NOT ALOT OF TIME...I contacted Allison and she said no worry... but I was worried. Lol I mean come on who wouldn't be. Have you ever tried to get your house sold? Well maybe you have but this was my first house purchase and my first house sell. She gave me all the help that I needed. Before I could put my house on the market, Allison suggested that I clean my house and get my carpets cleaned so that pictures could be taken. She gave me hints as to how to clean my house as well... NO CLUTTER.... She told me make it look like a show house. Well I followed as closely as I could and you know what? The pictures came out amazing! When I looked at the pictures of the house...I was like what the??? It's that my house??? Lol She took me step by step when I was buying my house... Read my previous review and she took me step by step when I was trying to sell my house. She made what was a normally stressful situation to one that was simple to get through. She helped get it on the market... Helped me get through all the offers... Helped me with my closing. I was in a different state with a 3 hour time difference and she still rocked! She contacted me when I missed some emails to remind me that I still had things to do. :) Seriously, if you are looking to sell... Or looking to buy... Or if you have bought 10 thousand houses to selling 10 thousand houses... You can't go wrong with Allison. She is the best at what she does. She has a passion for the housing market and a drive to get you the best deal possible. And she will always leave the decision up to you but she'll give you ALL the necessary information for you make the best decision possible for you. She is amazeballs! If I ever move back to Vegas... She'll be my realtor... No question about it. :)
