So you pay many thousands of dollars for premier system; pay hundreds more for the annual maintenance program; call days in advance for service to your system and accommodate their schedule (not them accommodating yours); finally get the call 3 hours late that service is on its way, only for them not to show up.
The system is great...when it works. But don't expect great, or even marginal, response when you need service (unless maybe if you are a commercial customer). Top priority at mist america is only to sell, not maintain satisfied customers.
In Arizona you need a cooling mist system, so unfortunately are stuck with this kind of poor performance. Not sure that anyone else is better.
