Wow, those previous comments are not good ... For my part, I've never had to complain about the quality of their product so far. I had a kitchen set from that brand and it lasted approximately 6 years with two young children around!
I went to this location because it was the only one downtown that had the sectional which I was interested in and because I like to visualize what I buy first. The sellers were very friendly and gave me relevant information about delivery options. etc. I finally bought said sectional plus a kitchen set which I will receive later on this month due to a stock shortage (the delivery costs $ 70 btw).
3 days later, I finally got my sectional, the delivery guys were very early (delivery at 8 am sharp) and very efficient.
Now the product, the color was the same as in store and the assembly was quite simple... Well, until I realized that there was a problem: the steel hooks used to attach the two sections weren't symmetrical therefore impossible to unite..... Soooo I had to put on my "Bob the Builder" costume, disassemble and reassemble it like a real pro.
I am satisfied with the product, but I would have really preferred not having to do this extra exercise, especially given the price that I've paid. More QA prior to shipping their products might be something that they should consider. (3.5)
