  • Within a half hour drive of Duo I don't think there's any place with comparable croissants. In fact, when they are super fresh out of the oven and still warm, they are really great. I can't think of many bakeries in the area I can experience that, and the going rate for decent croissants aren't any cheaper elsewhere. Espresso based coffees are excellent as well. I haven't had many of their cakes and other pastries but enjoyed the one with chocolate and yuzu. They look beautiful and it's obvious a lot of care and attention is paid to everything made and displayed there. I will definitely be back to try more!
