This place is ok at best for the purchase of a vehicle. I have had worse experiences at Earnhart and Larry Miller in the valley here but overall have had better luck in other cities. Maybe it's this town that makes car-buying a hassle.
As if I wasn't educated on the car that I was purchasing, I had to negotiate for Kelly Blue Book value of my chosen vehicle. The salesperson said he was going to "go to bat" for me... whatever. Also, be very wary of APR offers. They apply to next to no one so don't get your hopes up.
They offered to fix the visible issues with my car. Oil change hadn't been done since 11/2011 and when I drove off the lot, I realized that there was NO GAS IN THE CAR. Seriously?! So clearly, the basics aren't taken care of. The car was acquired at an auction (basic information that a car fax report will give you) and it is disappointing to think that no other maintenance was done in order to sell this car at an initial inflated $5K over KBBV. (Don't worry, I at least got them to give it to me for $3 UNDER KBBV by "twisting their arm")
Will I buy from them again? No. Will I recommend them? Only if you have a mechanic that you really like that will inspect it for you. Unfortunately, I haven't found one of those yet, but that's another story for another time.
I don't have buyer's remorse for the actual vehicle... yet. I like it and it fits my needs.
