  • This place is called "Northside Café and Chinese Kitchen" well guess what - they don't even serve Chinese or any pan-asian food until after 12:00noon. Lame. Severs were next to impossible to find - good luck getting a refill of your water here. I think the most pleasant aspect of my meal here was the the cigarette smoke wafting in from the open wall to the casino.
