  • I've been bringing my car to this place for years. There used to be an owner that cared about his customers. That's long over. I went in for brake pads and they insisted I needed new rotors-they had just been done less than a year prior. They told me they legally couldn't let me leave with my rotors in that shape. I agreed to have them done but asked for them to put my current rotors in a box because I didn't believe they were bad. Reluctantly...they did, I took them to a friend who used to own a shop, sure enough they were fine. My husband said never again. Recently I needed an oil change and brake pads and they were convenient for me at the time. I pulled in and said I needed an oil change and brake pads. The guy took one look at my car and said "you need rotors too". He ended up getting me to agree to two new rotors. I told him about last time and he said they always try to sell four but I did only need two. No one asked me what kind of oil change I wanted or the type of brake pad...they just did it. The labor is more than the oil change. The waiting room is filthy and it's like a hot box in there. The bathrooms are disgusting. I had to sit there for 1.5 hours with an 18 month old. I watched the guy next to me haggle his quote and the technician offer his oil change for free (nice to do out in the open when you are paying for yours). I was happy to just have it done, left and swore them off. Later that night I'm driving down the road and the plastic that protects the under body of my SUV comes off of my car and is run over by the person behind me. They forgot to put the screws back in when they did my oil change. Thankfully my husband was able to meet me and tie it up until I could take it in the next morning for them to fix. But it wasn't without an attitude and a fight in front of me over who worked on the car. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I've read some of the other reviews and I 1000% believe these guys would do something like tear someone's windshield wipers to try to sell them new ones and put the less expensive oil in when you buy the pricey stuff. STAY AWAY.
