  • I typically never add reviews to any site. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I have had 3 large repairs here and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. As a female, I always feel like I am being lied to about my vehicle, until Mike and Kyle at Big O made it easy for me. I also sent my girlfriend here for her brakes. They could have easily told her she needed a new pad, but instead wrote down everything that was wrong and sent her to the dealership to have them cover it...since it was something wrong with her vehicle and not just bad brakes. I would give them 5 stars, but I cant be happy spending so much money on my vehicle...no matter how great they are.
