I will start with saying the women running the front were very kind and efficient. The facility is clean and pretty. I came here as I was taking a friend who was in the area and have never been here myself. I am used to a liquid gel set and gel polish.
No one explained to me this was not ping to happen. I was with a man who seemed very upset that I asked for acrylic with gel and tried to talk me into something else but I couldn't understand. Then I asked for a rounded stiletto nail (7$ I'm used to 5$ shape charge)- he cut them too short after I asked before "can you still do a stiletto at that length" he said yes and cut. He was also very upset with me when I said I guess "oval shape" would be fine when I went to compare the nails side by side and basically had an attitude (paying 7$ they better match) after his attitude I stopped caring. He was very obviously talking and griping about me to the coworkers in another language which is always uncomfortable. He used SNS on me as my fill even though I had said no SNS. He did not use a base before the gel polish and my nails are thick and ugly and I'm very sad. I felt so much attitude I was uncomfortable to say anything else and wanted to get out of there.
If you like the powder you might like this place ( i think thick nails is what SNS produces and they look less naturwhat I would like is someone who listened and gave me what I wanted for 50$.
