| - Just left this location, attempting to retrieve a failed delivery package. The woman, Charlene, who assisted me was extremely rude with a supreme lack in customer service. Her greeting was cold and was without reason to smile. At the end of my visit I proceeded to inform her that she was extremely rude and that she should learn to smile like the other two older women working alongside her. I was appalled at her response, clearly stating, "oh they never smile even on a good day!" Wow! Has it come to this? Corporations hiring for cheap failing to reckon what customer service is all about? This woman needs to go. Her demeanor was like that of a woman's penitentiary guard. She belongs there.
Needless to say, do not listen to what the 800number representative tells you. I called to inquire on the re-delivery of this important package and because it was going to be another day, he informed me that I could pick up the package at the ship center also advising that I just need to bring a government ID. This was not the case. Because the package was addressed to "manager" (that being me) and not my exact name, I could not pick up the package. I understand why I could not get it, but what I do not understand is why the 800number rep did not tell me otherwise. The procedural inconsistencies with this company is unacceptable in not being transparent and wasting my time. Moreover, that woman, Charlene, needs to go!!!
