When this location opened I signed up as a member. I have received from okay to very good services at this location. However, due to scheduling issues, I elected to cancel my membership in late October / early November, 2017. I personally visited the location to cancel the membership and have placed at a minimum, three calls to complain about the continued monthly charges to my credit card. The manager I spoke with has been considerate, and did assure me that the monthly charges would cease. The charges to my card have not stopped!
