  • If you are looking for quality reptiles that are cared for and loved, stop in Scales 'N Tails on EASTERN AVE!!! each location are individually owned. Out of both in Las Vegas, I will forever come to this shop for the sole purpose of dealing with RAYMOND! Best customer service, super chill, super nice, and unbelievably knowledgeable with every reptile in the shop, if he doesn't know exact info he doesn't feed you bullshit, he tells you he doesn't know exactly and will sit down and help by reading up on it all or calling someone with more knowledge. This isn't a job for him, it's his passion and you can tell the moment you walk in the store. The way he handles these reptiles with a smile ear to ear, the way he talks about each one... it's awesome and the passion flows throughout the entire store!!! We have now purchased 6 Uromastyx and 2 Frilled Dragons from him, but it wasn't just buying reptiles... we gained a lot more including an awesome friend!!! You would be stupid to go anywhere else... he will order whatever and always has super cool reptiles in store!!! Raymond, you are the man!!!!! Thanks for everything!! Nick and I could ask for a better guy to help us through this entire process!!
