The rice is really what bothers me the most. They need to learn to cook sushi rice better. It was way too soft/too much water when they cook it.
The fishes were overproduced. The kitchen helpers were seen cutting big chunk of salmons, put it on a cart, and from there cut into little strips. Not even a real chef is cutting these fishes carefully. Don't expect anything close of what you watch on Jiro.
I hate to say it but the best part of my ACYE was the appetizers. And that's sad because it's a sushi restaurant.
Their rolls were just ok. Nothing glorious.
There are definitely better sushi places in Vegas.
Probably will not come back here.
