  • What a joke! After looking at all the reviews I got super excited to give these guys a call spoke with Trevor who was really nice on the phone. Sorry had to stop there lol I then gave him my budget of 15k for our remodel and told me he would need to come out and bid the job ok cool I said. Next said he would have Alison call me back and schedule him to come out in the next couple of days. I missed her call but returned it within 30 minutes she didn't have a clue what I wanted I thought she was supposed to schedule Trevor to come out??? Nope she said her job is to weed calls out so I answered her questions and once I told her my 15k budget she quickly said she specialized in high end remodels and new pool builds and she could refer me to a different company. Wow is what ran through my mind so my measly little 15,000 just isn't enough for this big time pool building company. No thanks I responded since you don't even want to come look at my pool I can surly find someone else that will! I find it hard to believe I'm the first potential customer Alison and whoever else works for this joke of a company that has been treated like a peasant or piece of crap! Don't waste your time is my advice thanks for reading my experience. Update: Thanks for proving my point with your response ;) And BTW my initial call to your office I was told your remodels starts at 12k never once did I hear 20k WHAT A JOKE LMAO!
