  • I went and saw Dr Marshall for the first time in years yesterday- his staff was so great and welcoming- I walked in at 10 and barely had time to sign in before Jill the hygienist was calling me to the back to get started (I love that I didn't wait in the waiting room for a long period of time). Jill was extremely friendly and kept me entertained while she worked on my teeth. I haven't been to the dentist in years because of a bad experience I had elsewhere with a different office- I felt a lot of anxiety getting back in to the chair- Jill made it such a positive experience and cared that I was comfortable. I should also mention- that I never felt judged while in the chair... it was an excellent experience. There is no one better in Las Vegas than Dr Marshall- the other offices I have been into have been very aggressive in pushing care plans that I wasn't sure I needed. Dr Marshall answered my questions and we worked up a conservative plan that works for me. I walked out of the exam room and was met by the awesome staff (some of them Dr. Marshall's family members) who took great care of me and I was on my way. The dentist has been an experience I have been dreading and I am confident that no other office in Las Vegas could make me feel as comfortable or at ease as Dr Marshall did.
